Using the Sailboat Metaphor as a guiding framework, you will explore the four “captain elements” of resilience—attention, thoughts, motivation, and action. Each session blends practical strategies with reflective exercises to help you strengthen your ability to bounce back from adversity, maintain focus on what matters most, and steer toward a life you find meaningful.
Throughout the course, you will also find links to download the corresponding workbook sections for each session. These resources will guide your reflections, capture your progress, and help you put resilience strategies into action. By the end of the course, you’ll have created a personalized resilience plan designed to serve you both now and in the future.
